Learning Your Leadership Voice
We all have default tendencies when responding to leadership challenges and this defines how we approach problems and setbacks as leaders. Understanding your primary leadership style, your leadership strengths, and your default approaches to challenges allows us to embrace behavioral flexibility and also team diversity.
Creating a High-Trust Culture
Crafting culture is a slow-cooking process in a society with a microwave mindset. Building a team and a culture takes time and there are tools to speed up trust in teams. Sorting out the strengths, individual experience, and even weaknesses doesn’t happen overnight.
Building a Cohesive Team
Highly effective teams work from a foundation of trust. This foundation establishes a launching point for high-performing teams who learn to embrace productive conflict as critical to exceptional results. Building the trust necessary to create space for vulnerability and accountabilities takes internal will, but the effort is worth the outcomes.
Our preference, whenever possible, is to engage with teams in-person. This approach is the most effective for hosting meetings. It also has the added benefit of bringing team members together in one room to foster rapport, a sense of belonging, and to cultivate relationships and trust.
Any of the programs below can be offered individually, but they are best served when presented in thematic clusters and combined into 8-hour or 2-day formats. We find this format to be the most impactful for delivery. If scheduling becomes a challenge, we suggest condensing these courses into as tight a timeframe as possible (i.e., sequential weeks) and they can also be offered virtually to support remote and hybrid teams.
